Aldez is dedicated to delivering operational excellence in every aspect of our Company and exceeding the expectations of the valued customers we serve through quality and commitment to all of our long-term strategies and short-term actions that are molded by a set of core values which are shared by each and every associate.We are seeking an Administrative HR Specialist to assist the Human Resources team in supporting managers and supervisors with HR processes, support of HR procedures, as well as manage shipping schedules, and manage weekly inbound and outbound shipments and documents.This position will report to the General ManagerDuties:Keep the HRIS/ATS system up to date with payroll changesIdentify the company's hiring needs and maintain the hiring scheduleAssist with benefit administration and open enrollmentPerform customer service functions by responding to employee requests and questionsAssist in recruitment process by coordinating with HR Manager and Talent Acquisition SpecialistAssist with Company sponsored eventsAssists with processing paperwork for new hires and terminationsTrack attrition and other applicable HR KPI's Manage inbound and outbound weekly shipments for customersCustomer service email and phone support.Manage small TM team in warehouse inbound outboundOther duties as assignedQualifications:1-2+ years experience in Human Resources support role preferredADP experience preferredPunctual, regular, and consistent attendanceStrong working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Ability to maintain confidentialityExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to handle multiple projects at once in addition to managing competing/changing priorities dailyExcellent customer service/communication/candidate management skillsBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401KPaid Time OffJob Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour based on experienceBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: In personCompensation details: 45000-60000 Yearly SalaryPI91c2836d903e-25660-37275626
