Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Coaching and Delivery to
lead the global delivery of career coaching services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performance career coaching network to
support global service delivery
Drive quality improvement and engagement of the coaching network
through ongoing management and analysis
Oversee coach support and coordinate with business unit leadership
to align coaching operations with company objectives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of coaching and/or operations related experience
Extensive experience across all fulfillment processes including
sales and recruitment/retention
Proven team leadership capabilities with performance management of
a geographically dispersed team
Experience using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office, Adobe
Acrobat, and Google Docs
Authorization to work for any US employer
