A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Experience Design
and Employee Experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design team for Customer Success Enterprise Systems,
enhancing employee support experiences
Oversee design efforts for Agent Experience and Customer Success
platform, focusing on usability and productivity
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop and
execute a comprehensive design strategy
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in experience design, with at least 4 years
in leadership roles
Proven experience in designing Customer Success experiences for
agents and customers
Strong background in UX for complex, data-driven applications
Experience in creating and implementing design systems for
consistency across products
Passion for user-centered design and understanding of balancing
user needs with business objectives
