Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Analytics, Insights &
Operations Director, Market Access.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development of pricing and rebate analytic models for
commercial contracts and government pricing
Design, implement, and maintain Market Access data analytic
dashboards and automate reports
Support senior management with financial, sales, and new business
modeling and analytics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, business analytics, data analytics
statistics, or related field with 12+ years of experience, or a
Master's Degree with 10+ years of experience
8+ years of experience in market access, product pricing, and
commercial operational support
Advanced proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
analytic/reporting platforms
Comprehensive understanding of the managed care marketplace and the
US Healthcare market
Experience developing and executing payer access strategies
