Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Contract Manager (Renewal
Specialist) for the LATAM/NAM region.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve a high volume of customer inquiries and provide exceptional
customer service
Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate
execution of customer renewals
Address complex billing issues and contribute to the growth of the
contract management organization
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
Passion for creating a great customer experience
Ability to lead phone conversations effectively
Healthy negotiation and interpersonal problem-solving skills
