Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Communications
to enhance brand awareness and establish thought leadership in
addiction medicine.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute media relations strategies to position the
organization as a leader in addiction treatment
Plan and manage participation in industry events and coordinate
internal communications efforts
Research and apply for awards to enhance brand recognition and
credibility
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or
media relations, preferably in healthcare, tech, or nonprofit
sectors
Proven success in developing media relations strategies and
securing diverse media coverage
A strong network of media contacts within health, tech, business,
and policy sectors
Experience in planning and managing events, including logistical
coordination
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced,
remote environment
