A company is looking for a Territory (Route) Manager - Franchise
Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement route development plans for market
optimization
Collaborate with franchise sales team for recruitment and manage
list of call requests
Ensure compliance with legal standards and improve processes for
efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred)
5+ years of experience in territory management, business
development, or franchising
Strong knowledge of franchise operations and legal requirements
Proficiency in mapping tools and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
