Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engagement Product Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze internal stakeholder needs and workflows to identify
opportunities for product improvements
Develop and enhance internal tools and back-office systems for
operational efficiency
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver
product features that address internal user needs
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in product management
Experience with internal systems such as back office platforms and
KYC tools
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing user feedback and
system data
Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
