Adult Day Care Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to
providing exceptional care and support for elderly individuals,
particularly those with cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer's
and dementia. Under the auspices of the United Methodist Church,
our mission is to demonstrate God's love by providing high-quality
day care services for frail and fragile adults. We offer a safe,
nurturing environment with programs that enhance the mental,
physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being of our clients while
providing respite for caregivers.Position OverviewThe Executive
Director (E.D.) serves as the chief executive officer of McCoy
Adult Day Care Center, responsible for the strategic, operational,
and financial management of the organization. Reporting to the
Board of Directors, the E.D. will oversee the day-to-day
operations, ensuring the highest standards of care while leading
efforts in fundraising, community engagement, and program
development. The ideal candidate will be a committed Christian
leader, communicator with strong nonprofit management experience, a
deep understanding of aging services, and a commitment to
faith-based, mission-driven work.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership &
Operations
- Provide strategic direction and vision to achieve McCoy's
mission and long-term goals.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with all
regulatory and licensing requirements.
- Hire, train, and manage a dedicated team, fostering a culture
of collaboration and excellence.
- Maintain a visible presence within the organization and the
broader community.Program & Service Development
- Ensure programs align with McCoy's mission and meet the needs
of the elderly community.
- Continuously improve service offerings and evaluate program
effectiveness.
- Implement and monitor program outcomes to enhance service
quality and impact.Fundraising & Financial Management
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies, including donor
relations, grants, and corporate partnerships.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial
sustainability.
- Monitor financial performance, ensuring transparency and
accountability in all financial operations.Community Engagement &
Advocacy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community
partners, donors, and local organizations.
- Serve as the spokesperson for McCoy, advocating for aging
services and senior care needs.
- Increase public awareness of McCoy's mission through outreach
and media engagement.Board Relations
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors,
ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Board on operations,
financials, and organizational needs.
- Support Board members in fundraising and governance
responsibilities.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration,
Nonprofit Management, or a related field (Master's degree
preferred).Experience:
- Established leader of Christian faith, aligned with United
Methodist beliefs and practices.
- Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in a
nonprofit, healthcare, or aging services setting.
- Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, and
financial management.
- Strong track record of team leadership and staff
development.
- Experience in budget oversight and grant writing.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain community and donor
relationships.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.Skills:

- High emotional intelligence with the ability to inspire and
lead diverse stakeholders.
- Strong advocacy skills with an understanding of senior care
needs and policies.

culture.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $48,000 - $58,000 (based on
qualifications and experience).Benefits:
