We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Outpatient Phlebotomist who is focused on patient care, customer satisfaction, and effective communication. Position Highlights:

  • Promote the mission, vision, and values of Williamson Health while adhering to our Standards of Performance.
  • Engage with patients and colleagues professionally to ensure optimal care.
  • Adhere to all laboratory safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct blood draws for outpatient stations, nursing homes, and healthcare clinics for patients of all ages.
  • Assist with collection for special procedures and process lab orders efficiently.
  • Utilize computer systems for tracking and documenting specimens and orders.
  • Execute proper patient identification and specimen labeling adhering to protocols. Position Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Phlebotomy training or relevant experience preferred.
    • Valid Tennessee driver's license for off-site collections.
