  • Ratios: 2-3 in CC, 4-6 on Stepdown if floated
  • Years of Experience REQ: 2
  • First-timers Accepted: Travel experience required
  • Weekend REQ: Every 4-6 week rotation
  • Is on-call REQ? We do standby/cost containment if was a regularly scheduled shift, can be called off once during payperiod
  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? yes
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? We do self scheduling and balancing to unit need
