Do:Be the Heart of Communication:--Answer all incoming calls,
texts, and emails, offering exceptional service and ensuring a
positive experience for patients.Stay Organized & In
Control:--Utilize your strong organizational skills to manage
appointment schedules, data entry, and follow-ups, ensuring
accuracy and timely coordination of patient services.Provide
Outstanding Service:--Resolve patient inquiries and concerns with
professionalism, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and cared
for.Collaborate & Support:--Work closely with our clinical and
medical staff to keep the scheduling process running smoothly and
efficiently, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.Maintain
Confidentiality:--Safeguard patient information with the highest
level of professionalism, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.Be the
Problem Solver:--Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and patient
concerns in a constructive and timely manner, always with a focus
on providing the best possible care.Go Above and Beyond:--Assist
with patient referrals, intake forms, work/school excuses, and
submitting diagnostic orders-all while delivering the highest
quality service!What We're Looking For:A People Person:--Excellent
communication skills (both oral and written) and a genuine desire
to help patients.Organized & Detail-Oriented:--Ability to juggle
multiple tasks, stay on top of scheduling, and follow through with
accuracy and precision.Tech-Savvy:--Comfort with Microsoft Office
(Word, Outlook, basic Excel) and experience with Electronic Medical
Records (EMR) systems.Medical Knowledge:--Strong understanding of
medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and
medical staff.Self-Starter:--Ability to work independently, thrive
under pressure, and manage competing priorities while maintaining a
calm and professional demeanor.Experience & Education:3-5
years--experience as a Medical Administrative Assistant or in a
similar role.Solid knowledge of--medical terminology--and
experience with--EMR systems.Familiarity with the geography of our
service areas: Williamson, Rutherford, Davidson, Wilson, and Sumner
Counties.High School diploma--required; additional certifications
