Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer.Responsibilities Manage emergency services activities, workflow and nursing resources.
  • Ensure departmental compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Assist with hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of nursing staff.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services in a unit. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of health services in a unit.
  • Monitor and adhere to budget(s). Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:
    • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. - American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Education:
