A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Customer Service
Professional.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via telephone in a polite
manner
Document each customer encounter and resolution in the tracking
system
Forward specific inquiries for priority resolution as directed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
One year of previous call center experience
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Able to attend a 100% classroom training program
Computer savvy with the ability to resolve minor technical
issues
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal
assistance
