Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll
operations and ensure compliance across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day payroll operations for salaried and hourly
employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage payroll within the Workday system, including data uploads
and system audits
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll
regulations and conduct regular audits of payroll data
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing,
particularly in multistate payroll
Expertise in using Workday for payroll processing, including audits
and integrations
Comprehensive understanding of payroll processes and federal/state
tax regulations
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or
related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with ADP Smart Compliance or similar payroll tax
compliance tools is a plus
