Aldez is dedicated to delivering operational excellence in every aspect of our Company and exceeding the expectations of the valued customers we serve through quality and commitment to all of our long-term strategies and short-term actions that are molded by a set of core values which are shared by each and every associate.We are seeking an Administrative HR Specialist to assist the Human Resources team in supporting managers and supervisors with HR processes, support of HR procedures, as well as manage shipping schedules, and manage weekly inbound and outbound shipments and documents.This position will report to the General ManagerDuties:

• Keep the HRIS/ATS system up to date with payroll changes
• Identify the company's hiring needs and maintain the hiring schedule
• Assist with benefit administration and open enrollment
• Perform customer service functions by responding to employee requests and questions
• Assist in recruitment process by coordinating with HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Assist with Company sponsored events
• Assists with processing paperwork for new hires and terminations
• Track attrition and other applicable HR KPI's
• Manage inbound and outbound weekly shipments for customers
• Customer service email and phone support.
• Manage small TM team in warehouse inbound outbound
• Other duties as assignedQualifications:
  • 1-2+ years experience in Human Resources support role preferred
  • ADP experience preferred
  • Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to handle multiple projects at once in addition to managing competing/changing priorities daily
