Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to manage
premium support relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage post-sales technical issues and serve as the primary contact
for assigned key accounts
Provide timely resolution of technical issues, and escalate
critical problems as necessary
Conduct regular service status meetings and provide on-site or
virtual product training to customers
Required Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen
2-4 years of relevant work experience as a Technical Account
Manager in the security domain or 4+ years in technical support
Strong understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite, and
application layer protocols
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as O365, Salesforce, Azure,
AWS, and GCP is desired
Experience in account-based technical support is desirable
