Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor Audit (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage audit resources according to departmental
guidelines
Develop goals and objectives related to compliance, data quality,
and financial performance
Manage and develop the annual audit schedule and collaborate with
various departments for data management
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate of Science in Health
Information Science preferred
Certified Coder Specialist (CCS), Certified Procedural Coder (CPC),
Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), or Registered
Health Information Administrator (RHIA) required
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required
Minimum of 2 years of experience with outpatient/ambulatory care or
inpatient acute care coding required
Familiarity with Revenue Cycle/Revenue Management Improvement
methodologies preferred
