A company is looking for a Stay Smart Coach to coach clients in
maximizing key focus areas.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize consultative methods and experience to drive change in
designated areas
Conduct monthly and quarterly coaching sessions to confirm and
measure changes
Update CRM with necessary notes and promote additional products
based on client outcomes
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience preferred
2-3 years of management experience in an Automotive Service
Department
Ability to present training material engagingly
Proven ability to lead clients to desired solutions
Experience managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks
effectively
