Job Description:
A company is looking for a MarketPoint Senior Sales Compliance
Professional to ensure compliance with governmental requirements
and develop compliance policies.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and define regulatory requirements for external sales
partners
Provide oversight and monitoring of external sales partners to
ensure compliance
Manage operational metrics related to regulatory standards and
perform risk assessments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2 or more years of experience in an investigative/compliance
role
1+ years of experience with complex member allegations
1+ years of experience presenting to leadership
Knowledge of laws and regulations governed by the Department of
Insurance and CMS
