Start Building Your Future today!We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Systems Engineer who will support government engineers and project managers in weapon system development in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will aid the government in providing expert-level oversight and analysis of OEM hardware and software products and processes. In this role you will develop technical specifications, review technical documentation, analyze technical and programmatic interdependencies, participate in design reviews, make optimization recommendations. You will interface with multi-disciplinary government and OEM teams to ensure that weapon system performance is maximized within cost and schedule constraints. You will apply organizational skills and demonstrate the ability to work well withothers. You will need to exercisestrong written and oral communication skills and be able to multi-task with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills.Required

• BS degree
• Minimum25yearsrelevantexperience
• Minimum 10 years technical experience with military systems development
