Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Strategist Voice of
Customer.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and analysis to understand customer behavior and
market trends
Assist in developing business strategies and contribute insights to
strategic discussions
Monitor KPIs and provide reports on the performance of marketing
and product initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related
field; Master's degree preferred
5-8 years of experience in Customer Experience, Strategy,
Analytics, or a related role
Experience in complex business environments with project management
skills preferred
Expertise in Microsoft Office and project management tools like
Jira and Confluence
Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed
