Relationship Specialist, you'll be the trusted guide for our
clients, working closely with the team to deliver timely,
professional, and compassionate service.Work collaboratively to
manage client files from start to finish.Ensure all necessary
documentation is submitted on time.Communicate updates clearly and
promptly to clients.Manage live calls, emails, and team chats while
maintaining Salesforce records.Provide personalized support to
ensure clients understand every step of the process.What You
Bring:A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Strong
time management, communication, and organizational skills.A
positive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.Proficiency in
Excel, Google Sheets, and GSuite.Prior customer service experience
