Scale Operator - Scrap YardJob Summary:We're looking for a reliable Scale Operator to join our team at a busy recycling scrap yard. This role involves weighing inbound and outbound materials, accurately recording data, and assisting customers and drivers with transactions.Responsibilities:Operate the scale system to weigh trucks and materials.Accurately record weights and material types in the system.Ensure compliance with yard policies and safety regulations.Assist customers and drivers with inquiries and paperwork.Maintain cleanliness and organization around the scale area.Communicate with yard personnel to direct traffic and material flow.Requirements:Basic computer and data entry skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work in an outdoor environment.Good communication and customer service skills.Prior experience in a scrap yard or industrial setting is a plus but not required.Schedule & Pay:Full-time position - pay range $18 - $22 per hourSome weekend or overtime work may be required.Apply today and be part of a fast-paced, hands-on work environment! #TALROO#ZR
