Job Description:
A company is looking for an Alternate Transportation Coordinator
(HHG Military Move).
Key Responsibilities
Understand financial details associated with military shipments to
support decision-making
Ensure proper preparation and assignment of shipments to
alternative transportation service providers
Monitor shipment progress and communicate updates to agents and
customer care departments
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
1+ year of operations experience, preferably in military relocation
of household goods
Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
Knowledge of customer service principles and relevant computer
applications
Prefer 1+ year of HHG/Military transportation experience
