Job Description:

CALIBRE, an employee-owned management consulting and digital transformation company, is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with expertise in full-stack development. The selected candidate will provide expertise in analyzing functional user requirements and business processes to formulate and develop improved business information systems. This is a project-based role with a duration from February 1, 2025, to September 29, 2025. Candidates must have an active Secret Clearance to be considered for this position. Key Responsibilities: Define systems scope and objectives based on user needs, business systems, and industry requirements. Analyze functional user requirements, procedures, and problems to recommend process improvements. Formulate and develop new and modified business information systems. Document user requirements and translate them into accurate system specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to identify and address system needs. Prepare written reports, publications, and presentation models to communicate findings and recommendations. Required Skills required Experience Education and Experience: Bachelor---s degree with 12 years of relevant experience, OR Master---s degree with 10 years of relevant experience. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to prepare written reports and deliver presentations effectively. Experience working with information technology systems. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using Jira and Confluence for collaboration and project management. Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Ability to meet deadlines while managing competing priorities. Strong ability to collaborate within a team environment using various tools. Preferred Skills: Previous experience in business systems analysis within government or military environments is a plus. Knowledge of software development life cycles and business process improvements.
