Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Accountant Consultant
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide extensive accounting support, including month-end close
processes, reconciliations, and journal entries
Facilitate regular client communication and lead internal and
external client status calls
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in
client accounting processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Must be a US Citizen
Minimum of 3+ years in full life cycle accounting in a GovCon
environment
Working knowledge of FASB and GAAP, along with familiarity with
CAS, FAR, and DCAA compliance
Experience in multiple GovCon accounting systems is a plus, with
proficiency in Unanet preferred
