Job Description:
A company is looking for a National Network Surveillance
Technician 3.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in recovering from fraudulent activities and
security incidents
Collaborate with teams to address security, policy, and compliance
issues
Manage incoming operation tickets and provide support through
various communication channels
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
5-7 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of security threats like malware, phishing, and identity
theft
Experience with ticketing software such as Remedy or ServiceNow
Active engagement in continuing education related to
cybersecurity
