Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Vice President, National
Sales in the Georgia market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and convert strategic partnerships with various financial
entities in the sales region
Develop a sales pipeline for retirement plans through key
relationships and prospecting
Manage sales and revenue targets while ensuring a smooth hand-off
to implementation and client success teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in retirement,
FinTech, or wealth industries
Intimate knowledge of retirement plan advisors and their
practices
Proven track record of managing sales regions and exceeding
targets
Experience in developing and cold calling prospect lists
Strong understanding of retirement plan record-keeping and
administration is a plus
