Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Director to lead a team of
Product Managers and drive the vision for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned
with customer needs and business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market
efforts and manage product launches
Mentor and support the professional growth of Product Managers
while maintaining industry knowledge
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in SaaS product management, including
leadership roles
Proven track record of managing and mentoring product teams in
fast-paced environments
Experience working with in-house UX and Engineering teams
Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive
decision-making
