WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a dynamic role where every day offers opportunities to
provide top-notch care and make a meaningful impact on the
well-being of our residents. You're the friendly face who warmly
greets patients, takes care of their needs, and ensures they're
feeling great. As you make your rounds, you provide excellent care
according to each resident's assessment and care plan.
You help our residents move around, assist them with personal care
needs, document their condition, and maintain a safe environment.
By collaborating with your team and offering physical and emotional
support, you help every resident feel their best. You participate
in training opportunities to keep your knowledge sharp and to
improve your skills, making this an excellent chance to grow
professionally and personally!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
CNA experience in a long-term care setting would be preferred.
