Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program
integrates the Missile Defense System. It is a vital operational
system that enables the U.S. president, secretary of defense, and
combatant commanders to systematically plan ballistic missile
defense operations and manage designated networked sensors and
weapons systems.Essential Functions:
- Development and implementation of Cyber TPs in the NT labs, the
C2BMC Testbed (CTB), and Ops.
- Installing, deploying, and unit testing Cyber Products (e.g.,
CyberArk, HBSS, ACAS, ArcSight, MFA, BigFix, Endgame, KMS,
etc.).
- Providing redlines to COS engineers and feedback to Cyber
Leadership.
- Documenting lessons learned, best security engineering
practices, and industry standards.
- Support the Cyber Tools team as part of the Platform and
Infrastructure (P&I) ART.Basic Qualifications:
- An active Secret clearance is required with the ability to
obtain TS/SCI clearance.
- 5 years' experience with a bachelor's degree in engineering,
computer science, mathematics, or a related field; 3 years'
experience with a master's degree; or 9 years' experience in lieu
of a degree.
- DoD 8140 certification at IAT - Level II or higher is
required.
- Technical troubleshooting of software applications and
integrating COTS products.
- Working knowledge of implementing DISA STIGs and GPOs.
- Strong knowledge of Cyber technology and DoD information
assurance system certification.
- Hands-on experience utilizing patch management, scanning &
auditing, security event monitoring, and host-based security
tools.
- Excellent technical document preparation skills and verbal
communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile Lifecycle utilizing Risk Management
Framework (RMF) is a plus.Salary Range: $115,800 - $173,800Northrop
