A company is looking for a People Experience Specialist to
optimize the employee journey through effective onboarding and
training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to create unique and efficient
onboarding programs
Design impactful training initiatives to support employees in their
roles
Track and analyze onboarding metrics to identify opportunities for
optimization
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in onboarding, employee experience, or HR
operations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational
Development, or a related field
Proven expertise in designing and managing onboarding programs and
training initiatives
Adaptable and detail-oriented, with a focus on refining
processes
Knowledge of AI and experience with AI tools is highly regarded
