Job Description:
SportsMED Orthopaedic Specialists is currently seeking a full
time MRI Technologist to join our team in Huntsville, AL. The
selected candidate will:

Screen patients before the MRI examination for any precautions or
contraindications
prepare patients for the exam and explain the exam procedure
Ensure scan(s) meet the minimum requirements for accuracy and
readability to help physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of
patient injuries or illnesses.
Maintain accurate records in our medical software system
This position will be scheduled for Monday thru Thursday from
12p-10p. Additional hours may be available during weekdays from
time to time to ensure adequate coverage for vacations or sick
time.
Candidate must be a graduate of a Certified Radiology Program and
be MRI registry eligible.
