Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting various production activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Production AssociateLocation: Sterrett, ALPay Range: $16.00/hr

Schedule:6:00 AM - 2:30 PMWhat's the Job?

• Assist in various production tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.What's Needed?
  • Ability to work Friday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
  • Basic understanding of safety practices in a production environment.
