Job Description:

A company is looking for a Resource Management Specialist to drive efficiency in resource deployment and manage scheduling within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Drive efficiency in resource deployment and monitor staff utilization
Coordinate departmental scheduling meetings and analyze staff schedules
Build strong relationships to support resourcing initiatives and onboard new employees

Required Qualifications

B.A. degree or equivalent work experience
2-3 years in a professional services role or 1-2 years in a resource planning role
Familiarity with public accounting is a plus
Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Flexibility to work with international resources and teams
