Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist to
lead new clients through the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all implementation tasks including weekly calls, training
sessions, and go-live tasks
Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered on time and assist in managing
project scope and objectives
Required Qualifications
Working knowledge of cloud-based SaaS applications
2+ years of experience with SaaS software implementations
Excellent project management skills
Understanding of technical concepts to provide guidance and
solutions
History in the Print/Mail industry
